God made no act without a cause,
Nor heart without an aim,
Our inference is premature,
Our premises to blame.

Kein Schöpfungsakt ist ohne Grund

Kein Schöpfungsakt ist ohne Grund,
Kein Herz gibt's ohne Sinn,
Und alle Schlüsse sind verfrüht
